Role Description This is a contract, work-from-home role for a Communications Speaking Professional for all age groups. In this role, you will conduct interactive online speaking and communication sessions tailored to children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on clarity, confidence, and fluency. You will design and deliver lesson plans and activities that build public speaking, conversational skills, and presentation abilities in a virtual classroom setting. Daily responsibilities include preparing age-appropriate materials, facilitating live sessions, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. You will collaborate with the academic and content teams to refine curricula, maintain high engagement levels, and ensure that sessions align with Fantastiqo’s educational standards. The role may also involve occasional communication with caregivers or adult learners to share progress updates and recommendations.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage learners across different age groups.
• Proficiency in Writing and Press Releases for creating clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communication materials when needed.
• Experience or familiarity with Strategic Communications and Internal Communications to support consistent messaging and learner engagement.
• Background in education, training, public speaking, communication coaching, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital collaboration tools, and remote work environments.
• Ability to design structured speaking exercises, provide actionable feedback, and adapt teaching styles to diverse learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, or a related discipline is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on learner time zones and program needs.
