Job Role
An Academic Counsellor (B2C) is an on-field role (WFH based on the covid protocol) where AC will be generating Leads from open marketing (Office, corporate, schools ) with his/her sales skills and call and fix appointments or demos online/offline and helps student/parent discuss their problems related to studies, and show them how Homeskul innovative learning methods will help them gain knowledge and confidence.

Their duties include Lead generation, Demos and sales closures and reporting to the Line manager.

Gender: Male/Female

Qualification: Graduation or Plus two with two-wheeler licence preferred

Experience: 0-03 Years
Base Salary: 17,500 – 25,000

AGE LIMIT: 20-35 YEARS

Region – All Kerala – Territory wise

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the requirements of students and pitch a suitable program
  • Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students
  • Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals
  • Apply the best sales strategy, model
  • Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
  • Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process
  • Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-and post-sales processes
  • Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
  • Should work aggressively to accomplish the sale target

Upon joining, the candidate will go through an intensive training program where they are taught counselling skills, and about internal process systems, product details, etc.

Travel allowance and incentives will be ensured for all successful conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
