Position: Physics Faculty
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Physics Faculty with 5–7 years of experience in coaching students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding among students.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Analyze student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic strategy discussions.
- Maintain academic discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent qualification in Physics or a related field.
- 5–7 years of teaching experience for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and/or NEET.
- Strong command over Physics concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students for competitive examinations.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
