We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who is passionate about this role.
Roles and responsibilities –

Talk to Parents to book a trial class with us.

Solve customer queries over call support.

Solve customer queries over chat support.

Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers by troubleshooting computer issues over a call.

Make outbound and inbound calls on daily basis to solve customer queries.
Required skills :
– Technical background
– Fluent in English and Hindi communication skills
– Ready to work in extended working hours
– Ready to work in rolling work shifts
– Min 2 years of experience in support or tele calling role
– Working Over Weekends
Compensation : Anywhere between 15K- 24K depending on experience and performance.
