Responsibilities and Duties

Ø Candidate will be responsible for Organizing International conferences which includes events like Workshops, Symposia, etc.,

Ø Designing scientific sessions for conferences.

Ø Inviting Professors, Assistant professors, Associates, Students, Research fellows from Universities and CEO, COO, Managers and Executive Directors from reputed companies throughout the world, Acting as Point of contact for Program chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers and using their services and advises to mark the event successful.

Ø Making event successful by constantly monitoring and facilitating onsite coordinator for smooth running of the event.

Ø Will be the key contact person in ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

The candidate should have:

Ø Candidate must have Good verbal, excellent verbal and written communication and writing skills along with management skills in developing and strengthening relationships with clients/prospects, industry leaders and key contacts within local, national and international associations within targeted industry sectors.

Ø Should have basic knowledge about MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Ø Able to prepare conference website content & conference related communications.

Ø Should have sound knowledge about Social Networking Sites, i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Blogs.

Ø Knowledge in content optimization Planning & executing SEO, Building Database, Content marketing, email Marketing and Display ads.

Key Skills

Excellent communication and writing skills, MS Excel, Microsoft outlook, Social Networking

Required Experience and Qualifications

BTech, BPharma, MPharma, MTech (Biotech), MSc (Biotech) and equivalent combination with good communication skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
