Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be that of a Homeroom Teacher (for a grade among Grade 1 to Grade 9) facilitating Crew, Literacy & Science using the Project-Based-Learning pedagogy.

Your secondary responsibility would be to help children across grades to progress on their Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs).

Additional responsibilities include:

• Doing a deep-dive into EL Education’s unique Project-Based Learning Model.
• Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parents
• Leading professional development and classroom observations
• Documenting all work
• Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
• Admissions counseling

Prerequisites

• Excellent oral & written English
• Love for learning and research
• Ability to work in teams
• Humility
• Prior Experience of at least 2 years in teaching

Monthly Salary (CTC)
Rs.30,000.

If relocation required additional Rs. 5,000 HRA.
