Education Counsellor

Need a graduate in any science discipline, with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. As Education Counselor, you will be a brand ambassador of ALYSS. You will be responsible for converting free users into premium/paid customers. You will closely work with the other departments at work to meet sales / revenue objectives. Candidates from Delhi/NCR and experience in e-learning domain preferred.

Responsibilities

Telephone sales representatives answer incoming calls and work to sell prospective customers products and services. They answer customer questions and address concerns, so they should be enthusiastic about the company they represent.

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answering questions about products or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
