In this position you will…

…be the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support recruitment strategies by proactively outreach to potential talents and to develop talent pipelines by leveraging different sourcing channels, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management teams and hiring managers. You will also provide advice in collaboration with our wider Global HR team to support the creation, launch, and execution of all recruitment initiatives.

You will be responsible for…

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including discussions on workforce planning, assist the business to draft role profiles and work with external agencies and be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team
• In partnership with the wider People team, support the creation, launch, and execution of all recruitment initiatives
• Partnering across People teams such as People Solution, HRBP, among others to support recruitment processes
• Overseeing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
• Developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent including creating job postings, advertising and posting resources
• Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
• Interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications and behavioral interviewing questions
• Managing and facilitates the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for a candidate
• Active sourcing and proactively reaching out to passive candidates
• Influencing and supporting managers on talent and employment related matters
• Being the point of contact for People matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle
• Supporting any ad-hoc projects required

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably gained within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or in-house talent acquisition function.
• Proven experience recruiting for AI, data science, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and other technology-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing recruitment activities across multiple countries and partnering with stakeholders in a regional or global environment.
• Hands-on experience using Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or other Oracle HR systems.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent-mapping capabilities, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience supporting recruitment across APAC or multiple international markets.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting niche technology and AI talent in competitive markets.
