We are looking for a charismatic Front Line Customer Executive who has the drive and enthusiasm easily relating with customers – potential students. The post holder will be required to follow up leads through our social media channels engaging with potential applicants building a rapport and booking leads for a follow up appointment with our course counsellors.

The post holder will be working with internal/external stakeholders and must have a good command of written and spoken English. Working with Microsoft applications, the post holders must have experience of using applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, and One Drive. Use of HubSpot CRM would be an excellent advantage.

The post holder will be working from home, have use of their own working PC/laptop with fast reliable internet connectively.

Remuneration package 15k per month plus uncapped commission – subject to performance as below.

• The remuneration for the above post will be Rs. 15,000 per month.·

• An uncapped commission of Rs 250 rupees per conversion leading to university application submission.

• A further commission of Rs. 250 for every lead that converts to enrolment.

• A Business Mobile phone

• Initially a 3-month freelance contract will be offered, ‘extended on a performance Basis’
