We are executing a search for a large Business School in Noida running its flagship PGDM program.

Position – Professor & Dean Management

Location – Noida

Responsibilities:
1. Dean should have the vision and leadership ability for the growth of institution.

2. To monitor and conduct academic activities of the institute under the guidance of the management and assistance of the Director and Head of Departments.

3. To ensure and deliver Quality of Education by introducing innovative lesson & session plans with high focus on subject related skill development.

4. To promote industry institution interaction and research & development activity.

5. To make the employee and students aware of the rules, policies and procedures laid down by the college and see to it that they are enforced.

6. To recommend allocation of budget for the departments as requested by the Head of Departments to Governing body.

7. To work towards maintaining the NBA, AIU, AICTE accreditation norms and also prepare the required documents and plan the approval for next period.

8. To successfully conduct FDP’s & MDP’s.

9. Others as per management requirements

Required:
PhD in relevant filed of Management ( HR/Marketing/Finance/IB)

10-15 years of relevant experience
