Full Job Description
- Counseling prospective students/parents and guiding them about the courses offered.
- Contact to colleges & arrange workshop & collects data.
- Able to create network & maintain relationship with colleges to offer our workshop & courses.
- Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead and converting leads into admissions.
- Follow up with candidates & colleges by calls and explain the prospects regarding our courses.
- Telephonic follow up of inquiries for getting them to online demos or walk ins at the center
- Generate leads through cold calling.
- Achieve allocated admission targets.
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation and Support.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Maintain walk-in Students Records in Excel.
- Candidates must have experience in counselling long term courses.
- Closure of the sales leads.
- Selected candidates have to identify our target audience for courses by doing various BTL activities in colleges and coaching centers, collect data ,counsel students to generate admissions.
Experience, Skills &Key Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in counseling & marketing profile.

- Preferably experience in Educational / Insurance / Training / Banking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
