Full Job Description

We’re looking for an Admissions Manager to oversee the entire Admissions process (including Digital Marketing) in the Higher Education and Professional Development space. As the Admissions Manager you are bringing substantive experience from a Sales or Admission Counselling Domain. You are someone who is extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.

As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for planning campaigns, developing new leads, and communicating via email marketing and calls with customers. You must be able to document the needs and pains of our customers and develop a smart sales process. You are to develop relevant sales trainings and communication materials.

Initially, you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Plan admissions campaigns (online/offline), engage and screen leads and applicants, manage the CRM, conduct sales calls, and build a strong admissions counselling team.
  • Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed applications across the globe. (For Inside Sales)
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes cold calling, meeting set up, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat and social media during the pre and post- sales processes.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on our CRM with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Student Experience Manager in order to optimize lead closure.

What we are looking for?

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).

Stong business communication ability and professionalism

Strong sales experience, in order to understand and effectively communicate what TVI is offering to its prospective learners and close applications.

  • Empathy, patience, and creativity.
  • Interest to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Adequate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

Education:

Graduate (MBA / Digital Marketing preferred)

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in sales. Ed Tech Sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • 1+ years of experience with Email Marketing (including copy writing) and Sales.
