We are looking for Academic Counsellor for Marathahalli location with excellent communication skills in education counselling

Job description

• Calling Leads and fixing demo sessions
• Follow up the leads for final admissions and gain maximum conversion through the leads (High Incentives on achieving Target)
• Counselling Students about our courses and programs.
• Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
• Interaction with students on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counselling and progress feedback
• Coordinate with batch coordinator for student batches & classes
• Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Required Candidate profile

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Counselling Students for various programs
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Passion for work
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Work location: Marathahalli
• Work from office
• Looking for immediate/10 days NP
• Laptop Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
