At Career Dose, we address the learning needs of students using compelling content delivered through creative formats and technology. Currently, we are expanding our team of ‘Rockstar Teachers’ in the school (K–12) segment.

Primary Role:

In very simple words, the primary role is to teach in front of the camera in the clearest, interesting, and engaging way possible across different formats to strengthen student learning in our various product offerings.

You’ll be teaching students in the K-10 (Grade 4 –10) or 11th-12th segment.

Responsibilities:

Delivering content for the K-10 segment (Grades 4 –10) in science, mathematics, social studies, English, or 11th-12th segment (JEE/NEET) in physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology subjects

Mentoring and managing a team of creators to develop content to meet quality standards

Come out with creative ways to teach concepts and solve questions on-screen to enhance the overall learning outcome of a child

Researching to ensure content is delivered in its most effective form

Conceptualizing and taking ownership of deliverables from ideation to execution

Requirements:

Must have

Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree

Work experience of 1+ years or its equivalent, preferably in the teaching role

Deep knowledge of school-level (Grades 4 –10) Mathematics, Science, Social studies, English OR 11th-12th (JEE/NEET) level Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology content

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A penchant for learning and growing, the knack to thrive in a fast and furious, ever-changing, and cross-functional environment

Capable of quickly adapting to the changing needs of the project

Good to have

Prior experience in developing content/curriculums for 4th -10th or 11th-12th grades for the required subjects

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

Location & Compensation

This role is full-time employment based in our Noida office. Your compensation will be negotiable, and a detailed breakdown will be provided in your offer letter if selected.
