Job Description:
As the Learning & Development, Facilitator your role is to create an engaging and memorable experience that supports the dynamic learning needs of the Bangalore team. In this role you will have the opportunity to design and develop content while curating virtual learning paths from our vast library. This role will need to build relationships within the global HR and regional business teams to drive an active learning culture.

Responsibilities:
Design and delivery of global learning programs for individual contributors and teams.

Organize, coordinate with business leaders and conduct end-to-end new hire orientation program on weekly/bi-weekly basis based on hiring.

Keep a track of freshers hiring and Conduct ‘Campus to Corporate’ program for freshers.

Customize training content for each business unit as per the business needs.

Identify speaker/presenters for quarterly employee engagement/personal development ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions on non-work topics.

Coordinate, schedule and deliver process and policy awareness training sessions.

Look for ways to continue to embed Whole Brain Thinking methodology in all we teach to encourage diversity of thought and build fundamental leadership skills.

Able to rapid prototype and deploy content that entertains and delivers.

Motivate and drive a culture of learning through effective training methodologies and inspired classroom dynamics.

Must be capable of engaging learners with relevant activities/simulations, encouraging active participation and create an open forum for crucial discussions.

Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Must be a competent trainer/facilitator who is well versed in all the tools of their virtual classroom.

Must be capable of designing learning content in a method that tests critical thinking and problem solving.

Able to monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs

Has the ability to identify key data points to build the foundation for learning KPI’s

Must demonstrate the highest standard of work ethic, integrity and character

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

At least 3 years of Training Facilitation experience for a wide range of learners

Experience teaching in Adobe Connect, Teams, Zoom and other platforms.

Working knowledge on Workday or other HRIS tools is desirable.

1-3 years experience deploying programs and maintaining content with LMS systems

Any Training Certifications will be an added advantage.

Excellent command over English – Verbal and written

Must be well spoken and engaging

Has the ability to facilitate with the energy of a game show host.

Self-motivated and comfortable working with ambiguity

Experience in Adobe Captivate (preferred) and/or SCORM packages a plus
