Relevels Learning Operations Team works towards ensuring a seamless Learning Experience to the learners and educators alike. We aim to make learners skilled in their area of interest and help them clear the Relevel Test.

Relevel aims to democratize the way recruitment happens for jobseekers who are in the early stages of their career. We contribute to building trust for the testing process and the scores for candidates as well as potential recruiters who want to hire through Relevel.

Your typical day at Relevel will look like:

• Managing doubt-clearing sessions, ensuring students derive maximum output out of the live classes, quizzes and tests
• Design and provide technical feedback to all students; help poor performers improve their performance
• Audit the live classes and content and provide feedback to the content team about the pre-reads material etc.
• Provide guidance to the students to ensure maximum students succeed in achieving the objectives of the courses.
• Evaluate the assignments submitted by the learners and provide feedback.

• Interest To teach & assess.
• Fast Learner: Learn fast, flare to challenge yourself to grow, dare to think big and highly ambitious.
• Good communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Sense of ownership/accountability
• Proficiency in Frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/Javascript/React.
• Experience in Training is desired but not mandatory.
