Roles and Responsibilities
- 2-4 years of prior process training or teaching experience in a back office/voice type of project/company process.
- 1-3 years of formal customer service and call centre training experience (Customer service experience for Voice and Back-office and or social media operation activities is strongly preferred)
- Experience in call center environment is a must.
- Experience on TNI identification, seamless routing of TNIs to quality team to ensure betterment of the process through feedback and coaching techniques, Quality tools on Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Generation of training reports and projecting them in a fashion accepted by internal management and clients.
