Project Role :Technology Educator

Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : • Manage business LKM interlock team which tracks and manages all the learning requirements for markets. Plan exclusive sessions catering to project/ account requirements. • Design, Implement and manage the key strategic leadership training programs and other initiatives. Guide the team on learning initiatives • Conceptualize and implement training campaign and events. • Tracking budgets and negotiating contracts- In order to build a training program and use various types of training , certain components would also would be required to be included from third party providers / external trainers. To discuss and ascertain the “best fit” meeting the training outcome and budget feasibility.

Technical Experience : • Deep knowledge of different learning models and implementation experience of the same with multigenerational population • Learning Program Management Skills • Well versed in Innovation frameworks and Creative ideation • Good interpersonal and Communication Skills • Technology background ( Any skill or Technology like Testing, SAP etc) • Ability to manage alliances and stakeholders

Professional Attributes : • Leadership Programs Design/ Implementation experience • Ability to work with leadership • Executed End to End training programs for heterogenous population • Broad domain knowledge

Educational Qualification : • Masters (MBA, PhD, MTech, MS, etc.) • Preferred Computer Science/Learning background experience

Additional Information : • Work Experience – 18yrs+

15 years of full time education
