Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare daily and long-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Providing assessment information, report grades, and feedback for learning as required by the assessment and reporting schedule.
• Empower the students to prepare for international assessments.
• Build a strong foundation for any academic stream in the student’s educational and professional career.
• Have core belief of concept clarity and diligent practice.
• Efficiently meet the modules such as Concept Builder, Knowledge Builder, Speed Builder and to daily practice the assignments/ assessments as scheduled.
• Motivate pupils with an enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
• Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development.
• Discuss students’ progress and concerns with Parents / Academic Directors and the Diploma Coordinator.
• Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum and support colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
• Work with others to plan and coordinate work.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
• Organize and take part in school events, outings, and activities that may take place in the school.
• Encourage students to learn new things and participate in extra co-curriculum activities.
• Use computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching, and reporting.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Should be an Arts and Science or an Engineering Graduate (Engineering Graduates preferred for Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science Teaching positions)
• For immediate placement, should have the necessary local certifications as required by the local law in the region of placement.
• Should have a passion and commitment to Teach
• Any educational certifications and prior teaching experience is a plus
