Job Description
We are looking for senior education counsellors with 2-6 years of experience for our Cutting-Edge Finance Courses.

Responsibilities:
- Driving inquiries & admissions for the online learning programs, starting from engaging with well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program
- Counselling experienced professionals via call, email or in-person on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
- Leading a team of Counsellors
- Managing and maintaining MIS reports in ERP and present it to the reporting authority on a daily/weekly basis
- Maintain regular communication with prospective participants for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduation in B.Com/Finance/Economics/Engineering related courses preferred.
- MBA Finance/CFA/FRM will be a plus
- Experience of Sales and Marketing of Financial Courses will be a plus
- Knowledge about Financial Markets will be a plus
- Knowledge about computer programming will be a plus
- A certain understanding of financial markets/trading would be an additional benefit.
- Previous experience of Education Sales or Relationship Management or Sales in Financial Services
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, PPT etc.
