This role puts you at the centre of three growing education brands โ driving school admission teams, presenting to colleges, helping new preschool founders launch their dream, and keeping projects running on time. It is equal parts growth driver and operations owner, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founders.

What Your Week Looks Like
โขย ย ย ย ย Drive admission teams, daily. Run structured morning review calls with school admission counsellors โ track enquiries, walk-ins and conversions, coach them on follow-ups, and keep every funnel moving online on our trackers.
โขย ย ย ย ย Present to colleges. Deliver engaging demos of Ignify Careers to college leadership and placement teams โ and onboard colleges, students and career coaches onto the platform.
โขย ย ย ย ย Sell and support preschool launches. Pitch the Ignify Pre School model to aspiring founders, walk them from enquiry to signing, then coordinate their set-up โ and train pre-primary teachers on the Nurture360โข curriculum.
โขย ย ย ย ย Own the operations. Keep school set-up and preschool projects on milestones, coordinate vendor onboarding, maintain daily reports, and make sure every client’s first 90 days are excellent.
Who You Are
โขย ย ย ย ย A teaching background is essential โ you understand classrooms and can confidently train pre-primary teachers.
โขย ย ย ย ย Experience as an admission counsellor, academic coordinator or education sales professional is a strong advantage.
โขย ย ย ย ย Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; comfortable with sales targets alongside delivery quality.
โขย ย ย ย ย An energetic communicator โ on calls, in demos and in person; fluent English and Hindi (Marathi a plus).
โขย ย ย ย ย Organised and self-driven; able to run multiple projects without being chased.
โขย ย ย ย ย Based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally, with occasional outstation trips.
