Full Job Description

Our mission at Fouji Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is to give our students the best possible education that prepares them for the workforce in Defence sector. We are looking for an organized and friendly Business Development Officer to join with our wonderful Admissions team and help with our student enrolment activities

· You will be Responsible to connect with students and parents and making them aware of how Fouji’s courses help them to become a Defence person. You will also be responsible for guiding these to students to be a part of Fouji Academy.

· Being a Business Development Officer your role is to emphasize and spread Fouji’s learning courses and programs in the business environment

· You are responsible to provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.

· Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

· Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.

· Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.

· Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.

· Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on boarded.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills. (Malayalam)

· Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what upgrade is offering to its prospective students and close applications.

· Approachable and vibrant personality.

· Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.

· Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.

· Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
