The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
Participate in curriculum design, creation of decks and other educational materials, and execution of live trainings
Establish rapport and deliver dynamic and effective training sessions for a diverse audience
Update educational materials to factor in new processes, guidelines, features, and other seller education cascades
Monitor performance of sellers as part of assigned seller education curriculum
Identify and assess seller education needs to determine gaps for further improvement on content, channels, and execution of learning initiatives
Explore innovative learning approaches in order to further enhance training experience
Represent Shopee in external speaking events as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any course with excellent academic background
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent comprehension skills
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite tools for presentations and educational materials
Good understanding of effective teaching methodology and tools
Experience with educational material and teaching technologies preferred
Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
