Job Title: Senior Development Engineer – BackendExperience: 3-6 yearsQualification: B.E / B.Tech from Tier 1 or 2 educational institutes onlyKey Role & Responsibilities:Write clean, scalable & efficient code.Build reusable code libraries for future use.Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.Skills:Technical Skills:3+ years of web development experience with hands-on coding and software design.Hands-on experience in Object Oriented programming experience like PHP (Preferred)/Java/Python/C++.In-depth understanding of related web frameworks like Laravel (preferred) / CodeIgniter / Symfony / CakePHP in case of PHP.Experience in RDBMS (mandate) like MySql / PostgreS and Nosql databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.Knowledge/experience in AWS cloud platform is preferable.Work experience in a product organisation preferably a tech start-up.Behavioural Skills:Good Communication skills necessary for effective project management, conflict resolution and interacting with peers.Strong problem solving skills.Ability to work independently or with a group.About VMock: VMock aims to empower students and professionals along the various phases of their career journey leveraging the power of artificial intelligence
