Be part of the team and assist in building these incredible heat exchangers! This facility manufactures cryogenic equipment to support the companys industrial gas and LNG business as well as pressure vessels, distillation columns, piping skids and cold boxes

It is the worlds leading manufacturer of liquefied natural gas (LNG) heat exchangers

Each heat exchanger consists of coil wound tube bundles housed within an aluminum or stainless steel pressure shell, all of which are assembled and welded by skilled employees at the plant

The heat exchanger is the heart of the LNG process and will be shipped to customers throughout the world

Each heat exchanger takes approximately three years to build and each one is engineered to order

You will perform the receiving and storage of incoming materials, picking and issuing materials and supplies to the shop, maintain inventory and cycle counts, operate material handling equipment in the movement of materials, shipping of product to suppliers and perform required SAP transactions (computer based process)

You will be receiving, picking, handling, and shipping various grades of material and handling equipment for large assemblies are utilized in the movement of material

A general understanding of grades of material, material certifications and the operation of large equipment is a plus

This position requires significant amounts of Lifting, Bending, Moving and Standing

This is an off shift position; must be able to work afternoons and or nights

Qualifications – High school diploma or equivalency required – Associates degree in a technical field preferred – Previous SAP/MRP/Computer systems experience a plus – Prior material handling experience (cranes, mobile handling equipment, forklifts) a plus Military Veterans Air Products is a military friendly employer that values the skills obtained through military teamwork

Technical School Graduates Students with a background in Industrial Systems, Machine Tool Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, HVAC, Process Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation Technology are encouraged to apply
