Job Description
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide information to parents/visitors on school admission.
- Counselling of walk-ins and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and regular follow up.
- Develop and execute new marketing strategies to increase admissions.
- Co-Own revenue targets of centre: Market the preschool and daycare in the area of operations and achieve admission targets.
- Parent Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a good rapport with pa rents.
- Address any day to day operational issues that parents may face .
- First point of contact for escalation from parents: Ensure student retention and minimal / no customer attrition
- Accountable for the Quality & Service consistency of the centre: Ensure quality control and Adherence to norms and guidelines for school operations and curriculum transactions.
- Team Management Responsible for ensuring high staff efficiency at the centre, Recruit, Orient and Coach all teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Plan, forecast & indent manpower needs based on upcoming admissions
- Ensure health & safety of team and children (Covid Protocols)
- Play vital role in team growth, by ensuring that all team members are going through all training/upskilling programs that are required.
- Work together with school management and mentors on school-related matters like organizing events and other activities.
- Back-end documentation on CRM: Should keep the parent data updated in our internal portal/ Medhaam App.
- HR – new staff recruitment, staff attrition, payroll, HR policies etc
- Finance (collections, payments etc): Plan, Allocate and Monitor resources, revenues and expenditures of the preschool.
- Manage the House keeping staff & maintain a checklist of their activities and Hygiene.
- Management of the kitchen & supplies etc.
