• Team Lead / Sr Career Counsellor leading a team of Admissions Advisors / Operations Associates for Overseas Education services. This role will report to Manager Operations.

• Meet Business Goals and Objectives as per defined timeline.

• Counseling students by providing them all the details about Institutions or Universities abroad. finalizing the suitable Institutions/Universities for students and making them apply to them.

• Processing applications of counseled students in all respects and forwarding it to Institutions or Universities.

• Checking status of applications after it has been processed and following up with overseas Universities for the Offer Letters to be issued and with students for payment of tuition fee deposits etc.

• Guiding the selected students for their Visa application and process.

• Handle incoming queries on phone, email, and office walk-ins.

• Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students/candidates and counsel them if required.

• Maintain and update the database and MIS of all the business process activities for the team.

• Any other activity that may be required to build good student/candidate relationships.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of Work Experience preferably in Education or Service Industry.

• Candidate must have a good Academics track record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience of leading a team will be preferred.

Candidate Qualification:

• Candidate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Education, Service industry. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks desirable

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
