About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support SME in identifying target audiences as per training needs
2. Ensure content matches established objectives
3. Restructure & reshape content for changing needs
4. Support in creating a structure for e-learning content for optimizing learning
5. Create engaging e-learning and classroom learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
6. Support in developing entire courses and curriculum
7. Work on creating student guides and training manuals
8. Conduct extensive research for an outcome in line with defined project guidelines
9. Apply advanced adult learning theories into practical & application-based leadership learning strategy
10. Promote collaboration, partnership, and relationships among the participants and stakeholders in a design project
11. Communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form
12. Maintain project documentation and course folders as per guidelines
13. Conduct training of the developed content
