Instrucko is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Public Speaking Instructors to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate public speaking lessons to children aged 3 to 15 years in a virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality public speaking sessions tailored to various age groups and learning levels.
• Design and adapt engaging lesson plans focusing on speech delivery, confidence building, articulation, storytelling, and body language.
• Encourage participation through debates, speeches, presentations, and creative speaking activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both students and parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching public speaking or communication skills to young learners (online experience preferred).
• Strong command of spoken English and excellent presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication, engagement, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
