Counselor/ Sr. Counselor/TM

Effectively implement plans to completion of targets.
Design & submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly action plan to the Branch Manager.
Ensure Implementation of the action plans as laid down by the BM.
Achieve sales target as per laid down targets from the walk-ins, other QA’s & referrals (as per product allocation), convince and convert.
Maintain a conversion percentage of 40% of QA to Client.
Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified.
Promote Advantage World Wide to clients

Preference form Banking,insurance and immigration industry.

Must have experience of minimum 2 years in sales .

Must be graduate.

Good convincing skills and target oriented person.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
