Job Description

1. Counsellor will make outbound calls to provide information clearly And effectively

2. Will attend the incoming calls and maintaining customer database

3. Will respond and act on existing customer inquiries and complaints in accordance to company s policy procedures

4. Will advise and collect information on education, interests, career-goals, and invite students for an educational counseling session at SIEC branches

5. Will be responsible for effective handling customer queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls ,

6. Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with overseas education consultants for student visa

7. Will be generating student walk-ins for International study destinations, effectively address their queries regarding studying abroad and provide comprehensive consultancy with an end-to-end solution.

8. Attain a complete understanding of students’ eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course, and University/College.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹439,686.00 per year
