Invincio Services LLP is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty to join our growing academic team for our NDA/CDS written preparation programs.
At Invincio, we believe in mentorship, not coaching. Our aim is not merely to help students clear examinations but to contribute towards their overall growth, confidence, communication, and leadership development.
Role & Responsibilities
* Teach Chemistry to NDA and CDS aspirants.
* Develop and deliver concept-based lectures aligned with UPSC NDA and CDS examination requirements.
* Prepare study material, assignments, practice questions, and mock tests.
* Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance reviews.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure quality delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Strong academic background in Chemistry.
* Prior experience teaching competitive examinations such as NDA, CDS, AFCAT, NEET, JEE, or CBSE Classes XI-XII will be preferred.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
* Passion for mentoring and guiding young aspirants.
