Work Timings:
● Afternoon Shift: 12:45 PM – 4:00 PM
● Evening Shift: 5:45 PM – 9:45 PM
Job Overview
Meluha International School is seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Associate Teachers / Associate Lecturers to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and disciplined learning environment for students.
The role involves supporting academic delivery, assisting students in conceptual understanding, conducting interactive sessions, monitoring academic progress, and contributing to the overall learning experience of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic & Teaching Responsibilities
● Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions for assigned subjects.
● Support students in conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and academic improvement.
● Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and academic materials as required.
● Conduct revision sessions, doubt clarification sessions, and assessments.
● Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic performance regularly.
● Encourage disciplined classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
● Adapt teaching methodologies based on students’ learning needs and academic levels.
● Assist senior faculty members in curriculum planning and academic execution.
2. Student Mentoring & Academic Support
● Provide individual academic guidance and mentorship to students when required.
● Identify slow learners and support them with additional academic attention.
● Motivate students to improve performance, confidence, and consistency.
● Communicate academic concerns and progress updates to the academic coordinators.
● Support students during examinations, evaluations, and academic activities.
3. Coordination & Administrative Responsibilities
● Maintain student records, attendance reports, and assessment data accurately.
● Coordinate with academic coordinators and faculty members for smooth academic operations.
● Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic review discussions.
● Support institutional activities, examinations, events, and student engagement initiatives.
● Ensure professional conduct aligned with the institution’s academic standards and values.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
● Prior teaching or academic support experience is an added advantage.
● Strong communication skills in English; Telugu and Hindi are an added advantage.
● Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
● Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
● Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching tools).
● Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment.
● Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong coordination skills.
