Job Title: Centre Head
Location: Bihta, Bihar
Experience: 3–7 years (preferably in early childhood education or preschool management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
- Drive revenue and admission targets through effective inquiry handling, parent counseling, and lead conversion.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and in-center activities to boost admissions.
- Ensure implementation of the academic curriculum and support teachers in maintaining teaching quality and lesson planning.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the center.
- Engage with parents regularly to build trust, address concerns, and foster community involvement.
- Monitor staff performance, ensure retention, and provide training and support where necessary.
- Embrace KRAs and adapt to new operational or academic strategies introduced by the organization.
- Track center performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to maximize efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool operations or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education with a child-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, motivate teams, and work collaboratively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
