We are looking for passionate people interested in disrupting the tech learning space, passionate in campaign management who would be helping our growing team in a data-driven approach for running real-time campaigns at Masai.Your Mission – Increase online visibility, and organic traffic for Masai by leveraging the power of content, and SEO. Day to Day Roles & Responsibilities – Tailor & target high-quality SEO and content marketing strategies for multiple buyer personas to cater for target user intent and needsDeliver helpful and relevant content by understanding and focusing on pillar content and topic clustersEnsure company content and website is optimized for all devicesUnderstand and track emerging trends and technological advancements to enhance brand building activitiesRegularly audit and optimize on tools like instructional guides, videos, images, blog posts, non-intrusive chatbots, long-tail keywords, internal linking, backlinks, metadata, social media and more to boost organic web traffic and conversion rateIdentify gaps and secure new & existing users from misleading and over-promising contentPerformance analysis – Track and manage cost and ROIWho is this role for – An internet veteran who understands how internet/website/algorithms work with 4-6 years of relevant work experienceStrongly analytical with critical thinking skillsPassionate about making a difference with their workSelf-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversightEquipped with strong fundamentals but flexible & willing to experimentCollaborative across departments & teams Able to balance timely deliverables while maintaining a fun working environmentWhy Join Us:You will be working with a seasoned team with access to the best resources
