Key Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

· Understand Customer profile & their needs.

· Reach out to professionals & students through diverse methods.

· Sentience/Guide students & professionals, learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.

· Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counselling programs.

· Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and professionals) behaviour.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Student engagement activities to increase walk-in.

Ø To handle the walk-in inquiry and to take the follow up.

Ø Lead generation and fixing up appointments.

Ø Convince Students for Academic Courses.

Ø Responsible for Batch Management.

Ø Coordinate with Faculties for student batches & classes.

Ø To coordinate with Head Office for student queries and issues.

Ø To communicate with Student and solving their queries.

Ø Identify new methods to attract new students in order to improve enrolment numbers.

Ø To maintain fees and expense report.
