Harrow International School Bengaluru is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Professional to support and drive recruitment.

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Harrow International School Bengaluru is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional educators and academic professionals with expertise in the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, including PYP, MYP, and DP programmes. The role manages the end-to-end recruitment process for both expatriate and local talent, conducts competency-based evaluations, verifies international teaching experience, and ensures a smooth onboarding process aligned with the school’s vision, global standards, and IB philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of both Indian and Expatriate (International) candidates across academic and non-academic functions.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• The candidate should possess a post graduation degree in HR
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
