Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Care Executive/Counsellor at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Generate the leads
• Respond and follow up on all emails/telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Ready to work for target
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries & registration

Skills:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) are a MUST.
• Interpersonal Skills
• Follow-Ups (Tele Calling)

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate – Any Specialization (Female only)

Experience:

• Freshers/Experienced

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹6,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
