Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and manage the training calendar
Analyze and assess each department’s training needs in coordination with business heads to develop training programs
Be up to date on new processes and roll outs so as to capture the same in the training modules
Conduct sales, product and process trainings for all internal and external employees
Conduct workshops for soft skill enhancement for employees
Hold quizzes or exams following training to determine the effectiveness of training
Coordinate with external partners for outsourcing the projects related to content development.
Carry out competency mapping
Prepare and manage MIS and Dashboard to keep various stakeholders updated on the training progress
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 2-3 yrs experience into corporate training
