1. Provide one-on-one support to the assigned child during school hours academically, socially, and emotionally.
2. Assist the child in classroom learning, helping them stay attentive, complete tasks, and follow instructions.
3. Implement strategies to improve focus, behavior, and participation.
4. Encourage independence by gradually reducing assistance as the child gains confidence and skills.
5. Foster positive social interactions with peers to enhance communication and inclusion.
6. Observe and document the child’s daily progress, challenges, and emotional responses.
7. Collaborate with teachers and parents to discuss the child’s progress and adapt strategies as needed.
8. Support behavior regulation using positive reinforcement and calm, structured guidance.
9. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where the child feels understood and supported.
10. Attend training sessions or meetings to align with the school’s and ReNyou’s therapeutic approach.
