Burntune Music and Media is a community-oriented and content-based learning platform for music and all things in the field of creative arts. Who do we serve? Learners of all ages who are passionate about developing their skills in music, musicians who need a professional platform to do what they love the most, and artists who need guidance and support to help themselves find the right niche audience. How do we work? Live sessions with multiple learners who are guided on how to use the internet to structure their learning and portfolio, a community-based work culture that embraces modern work ethics and digital connections to emancipate the employee into doing what they love to do the most. About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding a student’s requirements and pain points and connecting with them at an artistic level
2. Teaching instrument/vocals and developing overall musicality and creativity through engaging songwriting sessions and creative teaching methods
3. Keeping a record of student progress and motivating students to try new things every day and work towards a bigger goal

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per student).
