Full Job Description
Lead Generation Activity Gujarat.
Arrange Seminars and presentations in academic institutions across Gujarat.
To take care of all arrangements at presentation / seminar venues.
Promoting the program among the student community through participation in various fairs, expositions etc.
Maintaining records of all inquiries follow ups, weekly sales, conversion ratios, advertising effectiveness etc.
Industry Visits.
Student Counseling.
Tele – Calling to leads.
Motivate students to join SBS on phone.
Implementation of marketing and admission plans for gujarat.
Handling portal / Website leads (Shiksha, HT Campus, Facebook etc)
Handling admission procedure (Arranging Student PI , Document verification, Campus visit, Faculty coordination & result announcement and then final handover of admission letter)
Data Management (Taking care of duplication & allocation of Data)
Registration of student during Orientation Program (Documentation, Transportation & Hostel allocation coordination)
Data Entry of Seminars
Taking Care of Emailer & Whatsapp Activity
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language and at least graduate level of Education.
Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Should have ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other from diverse social backgrounds.
Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales and Target-oriented
Must be dynamic, ambitious and honest
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Must have Sound judgment
Preferred candidates from Airlines and reputed hospitality Industry.
