JOB PROFILE:

• Candidate will be primarily responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls.

• Counsel walk-ins coming to the training center for inquiries about various courses offered.

• Tele Counsel prospective students’ inquiries by providing them detailed information about suitable courses, explaining benefits of taking up courses with us and convert them to admissions.

• Make follow-ups calls to potential candidates for admissions.

• Create awareness and bringing target audiences for admissions.

• Source candidates from Job Portals, database, references etc.

• Maintain database of inquiries & prospective candidates

• Manage admission process in the training center.

• Coordinate and manage course schedule, faculty and students’ issues.

• Maintain necessary documentation and keep all documents up to date.

• Contribute to marketing strategies of the company.

• Manage overall administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of training center.

• Participate in client meetings, industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and conferences.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Pleasant Personality with assertive convincing skills and should be able to talk confidently in English in congenial voice.

• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Should be very good at networking.

• Keen learner with positive attitude.

• Should be able to work independently.

• Should be go-getter, dedicated, hard-working and committed to achieve goals.

• Basic computer knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

• Candidates, highly organized and mature with experience in call center, inside sales / tele-sales / telemarketing in e-learning/education domain will be given preference.
