Job Summary:

The capability of managing the queries, making sure to convert the leads to business is something we are looking forward as a primary quality of the Care Counsellor. As we cater to a service industry, it is important that the person responding to the caller should to be empathetic. He is expected to understand in detail the health condition and the requirement of the elderly. The candidate is expected to perform under pressure, as the business conversions matters. He will also be rewarded with incentives once the set target is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating lead for Hyderabad through web/justdial, hospital/ referrals
Managing the existing client base
Responding to all enquiries coming via Hyderabad IVR number/Just dial number/emails. Arranging for assessment, Heath worker interview, placement (as the case may be) with help of the Operations team.
Working with operations team to search and identify the most suitable health worker for the client.
Tracking and follow up all leads until it’s the logical conclusion – (enrolled or lost). Recording all calls details in “Life Circle application” and communicating the status through “slack” application.
Updating Health Worker deployment sheet.

Special Requirments:

Proficiency in interpersonal, written and verbal skills would be appreciated

Communicating in Hindi and English mandatory
Readiness to take end to end ownership of his/ her work
Open to work for Target based salary and incentives
Good experience with brand marketing, PR content management, digital marketing
