EY- GDS – TAX – PAS – Workforce Advisory (WFA), Analytics – Assistant Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for Assistant Managers with expertise in Analytics to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the WFA team.
Your key responsibilities:
Leverage experience in Analytics, data and insights generation to projects, in collaboration with other parts of GDS organization and other EY member firms
Leverage experience in organization design consulting to enable business decision making on future state organization design, talent planning and workforce restructuring for organizations that are in a transactional environment or undergoing a large transformation or change effort
Support leadership in growing the practice and support demand generation for client projects in collaboration with EY global offices
Implement and enhance internal review processes to ensure high quality deliverables and excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
Ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of all work outputs. Build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain, analytics and organization design.
Build strong relations and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations.
Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance awareness across the firm.
Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous learning and development of the team
Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance

To qualify for the role, you must have
10 – 11 years of relevant experience preferably in HR consulting domain with degree in HR / Business Analytics
Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in leading global HR analytics projects including predictive analytics, modelling, descriptive analysis, logistical and regression analysis to HR function related or people related challenges
Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA/EMBA
Experience in managing a team of 2-4 individuals; providing advice and guidance on client projects in subject matter areas
Experience with master data management and data governance processes
Strong understanding of HR systems and other HR data sources
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience of leading an analytics project for global clients with experience in one or more statistical tools including –
SPSS, Spotfire, R, SaaS, PowerBI
Deep expertise in Excel and Microsoft toolkit (Power BI), Tableau, Spotfire
Experience in descriptive analysis, logistical and regression analysis
Ability to exhibit & implement experience in predictive analytics, modelling, descriptive analysis, logistical and regression analysis to HR function related or people related challenges
Experience in determining Key People Metrics by analysing data sets & identifying trends
Strong expertise in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation
Experience in managing data, deriving insights and reporting that enable business decision making and provide financial impact of a transaction
Experience in data storytelling and knowledge of how people make decisions with data.
Ability to connect “big-picture” industry and market trends to a client’s business problem
Preferred experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management
Experience in consulting for global organizations, across industry in the areas of
Workforce planning & restructuring
Talent management (selection, planning & data driven decisions)
Severance planning
Recruitment Analytics
Learning & Development
Experience in enabling transition management, deployment in a transaction scenario or as part of a large change management program
