This is a leadership-level role with a team of community managers and senior managers reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Analytics: i. Take ownership of setting and implementing communication campaigns ii. Own ideation of events to build and engage the community iii. Initiate innovative campaigns to engage the community effectively and measure success through data and analytics
• Obtain feedback and gather ideas from the community through real conversations. Boost community interactions and conversations, engagement
• Get insights on the real problems, communicate correctly, and work towards attaining solutions
• Work in sync with the team to get superfluous outcomes on engagement
• Cross-team collaborations for maximum footfalls on company-wide teacher events
• Efficient usage of communication platforms to get desired results in terms of event participation

Skills Required:
