Roles and Responsibilities

• Job Type: Full-time To provide relevant information regarding the program and enrolment process to the candidates.
• You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.

• Formulate Admission/Enrolment Plan and execute it in line with the assigned targets.
• Dealing with day to day students queries – Provide
• Ensure proper counseling of all walk-in candidates to achieve a good conversion ratio.
• Counsel students & parents on appropriate courses in the area of Healthcare programs & career details.
• Fresh leads generation(readymade database available)
• Taking initiative on promotional activities such as organizing events, seminars, and conferences for student admission.
• Arrange to develop a database of potential students for follow-up.
• Should have an in-depth understanding of the Student Admission/Enrolment Process in the education sector.
• Maintain student files and update the same in the software.
• Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions, and admission-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Designation: Admissions Manager / Asst Manager / Admission Counsellor /Placement officer .
• Preference would be given to candidates having experience in a similar profile with an Educational Institution.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality
• Candidate must be young or mature, smart active, having good convincing skills and flair of sales
• Prior experience in selling Professional courses would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
