Full Job Description
Create and execute the marketing strategy and plan for all social media and performance marketing traction channels (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Google etc.).
Understand student pain points while marking purchase decisions and create marketing assets / content to solve them.
Work with the operations team, faculty and counsellors to create social media content including videos, reels, stories and posts.
Work with management to allocate and assign budgets to each channel.
Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure smooth running of ad campaigns.
Create the structure and content of landing pages to collect leads.
Review ad performance and optimize ads and landing pages as necessary.
Create reports and generate insights of the performance of each marketing channel and tweak campaigns accordingly.
Give regular briefs of marketing campaigns to the sales team.
Review the performance of each channel by taking feedback from the sales team and decide which channel to focus on.
Define sequences of communication to be sent on lead nurturing marketing channels (like email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Create content, convert content to creatives and send the creatives to leads on all lead nurturing channels.
Knowledge:
Experience in making social media creatives and content for any study abroad brand.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Typeform, Luma, Zoom Webinar.
Knowledge of key metrics to track across channels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
Knowledge of pulling reports from Google Ad words, Facebook Ads Manager.
Skills:
Ability to iterate on campaigns at a fast pace by considering performance, feedback from students and the sales team.
An eye for aesthetically pleasing creatives.
Candidates should be able to generate precise insights from reports.
Ability to communicate with and get work done from others in the organization
Behavior:
The candidate should not be afraid of suggesting innovative ideas and learning quickly from mistakes in the process.
Willingness to incorporate feedback from others.
Willingness to put in long hours when needed.
The candidate should not wait for others to assign work but should be self-driven and chart out their own work schedule with input from the reporting manager
Workdays and Timings:
Weekends will be working, so weekly off will be between Monday to Thursday.
Timings will be 11.30pm – 7.30pm or 12.00pm – 8.00pm.
