• Should have prior school experience & must have handled Secondary & Senior Secondary grades.
• Should actively represent a single point of contact for all the aspects pertaining to the higher grades.
• Coordinate with teachers, administer class observations and to provide support & guidance upon need.
• Registration of students as per CBSE guidelines & maintaining record to ensure smooth conduction of examinations.
• Teach classes as per the requirement, develop rapport with the students, handle discipline issues
• Resolve conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.
• Assist in yearly teacher evaluations, assist in providing guidance to staff and students, and encourage a positive climate in the school.
• Direct assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.
• Develop emergency response plans for schools as required & Fill reports and updating as required.
• Record keeping as required by CBSE

Qualifications: Must have a Master’s Degree and Bachelors in Education. Must have completed three (3) years of successful teaching/coordinator in Grades 7-12. Demonstrate ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the community.
