- Lead Talent, Learning ; Culture practices for business functions.
- Design deploy progressive/ innovative interventions and people development practices for building high performing teams, world-class talent, leadership, overall organization capability and culture in alignment with business needs and broader People Strategy
- Lead the development and deployment of a High- Performance Culture in the Organization
- Manage and support the assessment of organizational needs and the programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, executives and emerging leaders.
- Ensure effective implementation of Talent Management initiatives across the organization, including talent segmentation, review, development, career progression and succession management
- Design talent development initiatives to accelerate identification and development of talent in the Organization
- Responsible for people analytics and insights to diagnose organizational opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, talent, and organization capability gaps to design and implement solutions and even for informed talent decisions
- Establish deep, trustful, and influential relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the function
- Work collaboratively with all departments to design, develop, evaluate and implement effective learning solutions that are in line with current organizational needs.
Education, Experience Competencies
- Any Qualification. MBA will be a plus.
- Analytical Digital mindset with Good interpersonal amp; stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, execution and decision-making skills
- Should have 5 years of experience, at least 3+ years of which should be Learning and Talent Management
- Should come with excellent interpersonal skill, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive (can drive projects to closure) and have a structured thought process
- Should have experience of working in a high growth, fast paced, culture-centric environment
- Needs to bring excellent social skills and high emotional intelligence
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Experience delivering in classroom or virtual classroom style training sessions
- Ability to evaluate and research learning options and alternatives to design and implement effective training and development
- Detail-oriented, business partner who can collaborate across functional teams to deliver content in an easy format for learners
- Self-starter who can work independently, establish priorities and a strong team player
- 3 – 5 years of experience of working in Logistics, FMCG, Retail organizations driving LD programs
- Is well versed with latest trends in their core areas and their applicability for business impact.
